Salmon bowls are one of my favorite weeknight go-tos — colorful, nutritious, and endlessly adaptable. The best part? You can mix and match rice, grains, veggies, and sauces to suit your mood - and your fridge contents. Teriyaki salmon bowls with rice are my personal fav but it's great to try new things!

Whether you’re craving a sweet and sticky teriyaki salmon bowl with rice, fresh Mediterranean flavours, or a poke-style tropical bowl, I’ve rounded up 7 mouthwatering ways to make salmon bowls that are fun to eat and easy to make.
How to Make a Salmon Bowl
- Choose the flavors you love best from the suggestions below.
- Cook any elements that need to be cooked (like veggies, rice and the salmon). You can keep the salmon bites plain, or add seasoning or a marinade to them before cooking them.
- Combine the cooked elements right away for a warm salmon bowl, or let them cool before combining, for a cold salmon bowl.
- Add any sauces and seasonings.
- Serve and enjoy!
