I forgot exactly what cut I bought—either shoulder or tenderloin. I followed the recipe just fine, but I’m super sensitive to anything over- or undercooked, so I basically camped out with a thermometer. For my thin steaks, the exact time ended up being 6 minutes, haha.

First time to try a pork steak in air fryer- so pleased with the result! I did 9 minutes each side plus an extra 2 minutes to get to desired meat temperature. Perfect!

You didn't leave a temp to cook the pork steak, I'm assuming 400?
