Using our air fryer really gave us consistency from roast to roast. The cooking instructions are spot on. We did the initial blast and then the 30 minutes on 335f. We turned it once half way through and took out at 125- 127 degrees placing in tinfoil loosely. Definitely found removing before getting up to 135 for medium rare in AF allowed to cook while resting in tinfoil. Perfect medium rare juicy succulent roast!
